Half hour lessons are a good option for those looking to improve at jiu jitsu even if you have a busier schedule or a tighter budget! 30 minute lessons are great for younger kids who are looking to burn some extra energy before a class or on the weekends! We can use the time to squeeze in some extra work on fitness/ coordination for jiu jitsu or techniques and aspects of training you/your child want to improve on.
