Evan Avnet
Evan Avnet has a 25 background in law enforcement and security. Evan has a 15 year background in police work having worked for the Ocean City Police Department, the Salisbury City Police Department and the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office assigned to the road patrol division. Evan is an Maryland Police and Corrections Training Commission certified instructor and is a certified Maryland, Delaware, Florida, and NRA firearms instructor. Among many other certifications, Evan is a graduate of SWAT school and is a certified protective detail specialist, certified to run a protective detail, certified internal police investigator.

Forrest Devine is a certified NRA and Maryland State Police Handgun instructor. Forrest was a prior corrections officer and has over 15 years in the security and corrections industry along with serving two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Andrea Lewis has a combined 17 years of law enforcement and security experience through both military and civilian police departments. Throughout her ongoing career in the Air Force as a military police officer, Andrea has been certified on numerous handguns, rifles, shotguns and automatic weapons. Andrea has an extensive background in martial arts, weapons retention and defensive tactics. Andrea is a certified police instructor and firearms instructor through MPCTC.

This course is a 4 hour, one on one, course to brush up on personal shooting skills. This course is great to take at least once a year to keep your shooting skills frosty. Shooting is not like riding a bike, you loose the acquired skill. During this one on one session with an instructor we will work on whatever you would like to work on which can include: sight alignment/sight picture, trigger control, tactical shooting (shooting from cover/stress inoculated shooting), prone shooting, shooting from augmented positions, enhanced stress shooting, target recognition and identification/judgmental shooting. Weapons sight in for rifles/shotguns/handguns/lasers/red dot, and whatever else you wish to brush up on!

This service is to purchuse or transfer a firearm at USTASC. If you are purchasing a LONG GUN from USTASC that can be transferred on the SAME day as this booking. When you arrive you will complete the 4473 as required by the ATF. You must bring your

Firearms Purchase or Transfer
This service is to purchuse or transfer a firearm at USTASC. If you are purchasing a LONG GUN from USTASC that can be transferred on the SAME day as this booking. When you arrive you will complete the 4473 as required by the ATF. You must bring your driver's license with you.
If you are purchasing a handgun from USTASC you must complete the 77R form PRIOR to arrival. In order to complete this form please follow the following link: https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MspBridgeClient/#/home. Please notate the APPLICATION NUMBER and the PIN provided to you. The you must arrive on this schedule the scheduled date and time with your DRIVER'S LICENSE and your HQL printout. A week after your arrive, you will then schedule another appointment with us in order to complete the transfer at which time you will complete the 77R application with USTASC staff and the 4473 ATF form.
