You are invited for a sneak peek of our restaurant before we open to the general public. Please click the "Book Now" link to reserve your spot on our dress rehearsal day Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 ONLY. Once the spots are full, they are full! Available time slots are highlighted in green, and if they are red that means the space is already taken.
Our enthusiastic staff needs practice, so all of our subs during our dress rehearsals are provided free of charge. In lieu of any payment, we will be collecting donations for our Public Safety Foundation.
