Fees:

* $40 per one-hour session

* $30 for each additional hour within the same week

* Check or cash

* Late payment fee = $5

Cancellations:

* A cancellation must be completed with at least a 2-hour notice

* Late cancellation fee = $20

* Book and/or worksheet

* Class notes for the appropriate sections

* Calculator

* Paper (graph paper, if needed)

* Writing utensil

Suggested Frequency

* Weekly sessions to ensure that homework is being completed and with quality effort/understanding

* Prior to all quizzes and/or tests
