My duties as a business consultant is to help find solutions to problems and presenting those analyses to you the business owner.  It is my obligation to work closely with business owners to gather as much information needed to assess what changes need to be implemented to solve and improve the business.  After gathering and analyzing this information I can develop reports for the business owner detailing solutions to help reach company goals.

She has experience coaching leaders in both group and one-to-one settings. She is known for her calm and pragmatic approach.

As a multi-lingual leadership consultant, facilitator and coach, Fiona has over 20 years of international experience in designing and delivering learning and development solutions. ​ Fiona moved to Barcelona in 2008, where she worked locally and internationally as a freelancer trainer and coach for 13 years. Fiona draws on her strong cross-communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport with people and design and facilitate. Leadership programmes in French and Spanish. She increases clients’ self-awareness and brings energy and interaction to her learning events, creating an open environment in which to explore attitudes and facilitate behavioural change. Fiona is an accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation, certified in DISC Psychometric assessment and has a Master in Clinical Psychotherapy practice.
