VIP Youth Fitness, Sports & More program goal is to assist our youth into becoming more active through fitness classes, sports oriented classes as well as dancing classes were they are able to be active but also have fun while doing it. Another goal to our program assisting our youth with homework, providing them the ability to exceed academically.

Clients that know how to work their abdominals and do not have any active pain. 

Expect some foam rolling for your IT band, piriformis, and quadriceps.  May include jump boarding.  Class alternates between reformer, chair, and tower.

We'll use props like magic circle and bands to get you moving!

A deliberate paced class that will concentrate on breath in order to find those deep stabilizer muscles.  This class is a total body workout! Let's work on strengthening your hips and back.  A great Pilates mix of exercises and breath work that mind and body will enjoy.  

The focus is on strengthening and stretching hips, glutes and spine. This class is for individuals looking to keep their backs strong and have specific limitations. 

Stay tuned for a lot of stretching exercises.  Sometimes tight muscles are  very difficult to access. New habits can take a while to develop. There is more explanation of exercises and the pace is very deliberate, it is by no means easy!

Goed getrainde bil- en bovenbeen spieren zijn belangrijk als basis voor veel oefeningen! Aan deze spiergroepen worden bij veel van onze trainingen natuurlijk al aandacht gegeven, maar door onze Booty-fit lessen te volgen worden jou benen/billen nog sterker door complete focus op deze spieren.
