This will be a one on one, one on two, or one on three Training session which will help you improve your fitness and Kickboxing. This Session is designed to for beginners, Intermediate or higher.

We will be working on:

Pad/bag work: Punch and kicking combinations

Footwork: Maintain good movement and distance

Balance: Keep the weight balanced on both feet

Timing: Knowing when to punch and when to kick

Fitness: Great aerobic exercises to prepare you to be able to Kickbox efficiently

Strength: Increasing your upper-body strength and utilising the lower body strength, working on core

Speed: Hand speed, Kick speed, footwork speed, speed padding

Flexibility: Stretching your muscles to perform the techniques you desire to perform

Advanced manoeuvres: Faints, side step, Perry, Counter and more

All 1on1 classes will be tailored to the individual and their needs

Each friend will cost £20 extra (first session free!)
