Ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning will be a few of the skills covered in each class.  Our Group Workout curriculum is ideal for all ages and skill levels.   The group session atmosphere allows each player to develop and compete in a high level environment.

One-on-one private training allows Coach Kevin to direct all his attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. He will deliver an abundance of creative drills designed to improve a player’s skill set. After each session trainers will give an assessment on the player’s skill level. One-on-one sessions are a great way to ensure your workout is customized, efficient and effective.

Join our FREMANTLE Adults Beginners/Intermediate Learn to Skate class! Whether you're a complete novice or an experienced skater, this class caters to all levels of ability. Develop your skating skills and unlock dance moves. Held at Gym 2 in the Fremantle PCYC, skate hire is available for your convenience. Perfect your skating technique and express yourself on skates with us!

This ticket is for BYO skates, but you can add on skate hire for $5
