Goalies - improve positioning, hand eye coordination, focus on technique. 

Face-off - improve technique, speed, clamps, exits, learn new drills, live reps

Class available for all Teams at RDMA.

Our Basic Firearms Training teaches you basic fundamentals of shooting.

Stance, grip, sight alignment and trigger manipulation.
