A high energy cardio program to hip hop music using the step aerobic board. Intermediate/Advanced class are for those that have gotten the basic moves down, and now ready to advance the beginner moves and start adding some combos in the mix! Guaranteed calorie burner and will up your step game! Intermediate/Advanced moves will still be taught, but will be moving at a faster pace!

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Mixxedfit is a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning! In this class, we dance to both formats with hits ranging from reggaeton, salsa, hip hop and pop.  It's a fat burning cardio workout and great for all levels of fitness.

Aerial yoga losar um spennu í hrygg öxlum og mjöðmum, Aerial yoga vinnur á einbeitingunni, jafnvæginu og miðjunni (magasvæðinu). Þú kemur til með að finna fljótt mun á styrkleikanum. Yin jóga kemur þú í veg fyrir samfall, ótímabæra hrörnun, samgróning og við aukum súrefnis-og blóðflæðið. Yin jóga styrkir og lengir vöðvana, eykur liðleika og getu okkar. Áhersla er lögð á algjöra kyrrð, að vera í núinu og auka meðvitund um líðan sína og líkamsvitund. Flestar stöður eru gerðar sitjandi eða liggjandi þannig að flest allir geta stundað yin jóga. Stöðum er haldið allt frá 3 til 10 mínútur með það að markmiði að efla orkuflæði líkamans og næra djúpvefi líkamans, bein og liðamót.

Jóga nidra er 35 mín dekur fyrir huga líkama og sál. Margar rannsóknir benda okkur á að streita er stór orsök margra sjúkdóma t.d. meltingatruflana, þunglyndis, kvíða og bólgum í líkamanum. Með því að stunda jóga nidra nærðu andlegu jafnvægi, Þar getur líkaminn náð að heila sig og hugurinn að núllstilla sig. Við kyrrum huga okkar og öndum okkur leið inn í líkamann til að losa um hindranir og höft líkama og huga.

What is Reiki and is this suitable for you?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that takes a holistic approach to strengthen the body's energy shield (auras) and points (Chakras). It is believed that when there is a buildup of tension in certain parts of your energetic body, it can lead to feelings of fatigue, illness, depression, and overall dissatisfaction with your environment and life. Reiki energy is available to everyone and anyone can access it, but studying it will help to strengthen the access further. The term "Reiki" comes from the Japanese word meaning universal life force energy. The practitioner serves as a conduit for healing energy directed into the body or energy field of the recipient, with or without physical contact with the body.

In the 60-minute session, you will have nothing to do other than relax and rest. During the session, my hands will only touch your head, shoulder, knees and feet. 

-> Wear warm comfortable clothing

-> Bring water with you or have it before you come in

I do not need to know anything you go through at that moment, you are not inclined to share anything. But if you do, it is my responsibility as a therapist to keep it confidential and private.

If you like to become part of my studies to qualify as an Emotional and Metaphysical Kinesiologist you need:

* to be able to be available for a total of seven sessions.

* have an open mind to holistic healing techniques

* emk is quite therapeutic as you are dealing with past traumas and how these affect your body and misalignments in it.
