Your eye doctor will then perform a series of of measurements and tests in order to ascertain your eyeglass prescription as well as to address any health issues affecting your eyes.

Your eye doctor will also determine if your current contact lens brand, strength, comfort of wear, and wear schedule needs any modifications based on your most recent results. If any changes are recommended, sample contact lenses may be ordered for you to test and approve before your final contact lens prescription is issued. This may require one or more follow up appointments - all at no additional cost.
