The series is for my pole virgins. No experience? No problem! Pole dancing is not as difficult as people think. Here you will learn the fundamentals of pole dancing.

We will start by doing moves that you can do at your current fitness level and as you build strength, we will learn more physically demanding moves. This course will include training, from warm-ups, and stretching, to light running.

I will teach you proper handgrips and placements. Static is just referencing that the pole is locked in place and is not on "spinning" mode. Finally, I will demonstrate and teach the choreography for the week so that you are set up for success!

Throughout this course, you will gain a better understanding of how we can use our bodies to translate how we feel or what is being heard.

Each class features 3 moves and a sequence that incorporates what was taught.

Now that you've completed your Level 1 Fundamentals course, you can now PROGRESS to Level 2 Beginners! Yaaaaas, look how far you've come!

Next, it's time to climb the pole, play with some different grips (like ELBOW grip and TWISTED grip) and grow our confidence as we continue to learn!
