Consultations are recommended at least every 3 months to ensure hair is healthy and to correct any problems before it becomes serious.
Video Consultations
Consultation includes a visual examination of hair and scalp, question and answer session, advice on Dreadlock Hair, and emailed summary.
Video Consultations are $30 and are held via FaceTime,Facebook Messenger, or Google Duo.
Tardiness & Cancellations
At RRL we value your time and take pride in maintaining an on-time schedule. In order to do this we ask that you arrive and/or be prepared for your consultation at your scheduled appointment time.
We do understand that events may sometimes occur outside of your control, which is why clients are given a 10 minute grace period from the start of their consultations. After that time, the consultation is cancelled and the fee is forfeited.
CONSULTATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
(CANNOT BE DEDUCTED FROM ANOTHER SERVICE).
