Service Policies:

Once you have entered my space, you are expected to wash your hands!

During your appointment, you must wear a mask for your safety and mine.

Hair must be at least 2-5'' all around in order to be serviced. If your hair is shorter than this length, please consult with me before booking an appointment

I accept Picture Appointments if the style is not on my site you may DM me

I DO NOT provide hair

Address will be sent once your deposit is sent

Please DM me about any colors other than black

Come with your hair freshly washed and blown out! 

PLEASE ARRIVE PREPARED AND ON TIME !!!

No grease, oils, or products in your hair .

NO EXTRA GUESTS!

Payment & Fees:

There is a $15 non refundable deposit required after booking your appointment via cashapp or zelle. Cashapp: ($thehairguruashley) Zelle: (929-385-3676)  Bring the rest of the total in cash or dm me to let me know whether you would like to send it via zelle

If your deposit is not received after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Lateness & Cancellation :

There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment
