Welcome to Remedial Massage Benalla.
Would you like to reduce muscle pain and soreness? Massage also improves flexibility, circulation, and immune function; reduces levels of cortisol (stress hormone) and increases 'feel good' chemicals serotonin and dopamine levels.
Remedial Massage is focused work to restore normal function and reduce pain.
Relaxation Massage is highly recommended to boost overall wellbeing.
