Try to relax. Don’t cross your legs as this might increase your blood pressure reading. Try not to eat or drink two hours before your appointment.

Where: First Aid Room, Cornubia office (located on the ground floor)
Results from your completed health assessment will be used to calculate your Healthy Heart Score which gives you a good indication of your current heart health (and Multiply points!)
Multiply Premier members, and their partners are each entitled to one free health assessment per year.
