Reservation deposit which is applied to the total balance is $150.00. This fee is required to book the venue at least 30 days before event.
Refundable security deposit of $150.00 will be returned to the renter as long as there are no damages that take place at the venue. This fee is required to book the venue at least 30 days before event.
Full balance for event must be paid at least 14 days prior to event.
