Welcome! I’m Tamia. So happy you find your way here today! I started my first personal training company in 2010. Through Mocha Fitness Total Training and other pursuits through the years, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to see people's mindsets and lives transform. Throughout the years, I’ve had an evolving love for not only fitness but, wellness. I’m a Certified Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil Instructor.
Here at Fit Fam, we bring families together and approach your fitness goals with a mind-body-soul approach that feels more like a celebration than a weight loss journey. In spite of my education, I’ve chosen to pursue a career in health and wellness. It has had an incredible impact on my life and the lives of my loved ones and I want nothing more than for everyone to enjoy that!
