I have been actively involved in mental and physical wellbeing for over 35 years. I continue to work as a martial artist, fitness instructor, nutritionist and acupuncturist, working with people of all ages & abilities supporting rehabilitation and wellbeing goals.
In addition to this, I also work extensively within the special educational needs and disabled sector and have found that this multidisciplinary training and experience has given me a very broad spectrum of knowledge and experience from which to draw on to help people regain their health and balance on both an emotional and physical level.
