IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENTThese appointments are for Ukrainian Citizens affected by the current situation in Ukraine ONLY.
Only book an appointment if you have received your Biometric Instruction Letter. We will not take biometrics without this letter. You must bring a printed (paper) copy of the Biometric Instruction Letter with you to the Embassy.
PUT YOUR APPLICATION NUMBER IN THE NAME FIELD ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. DO NOT ENTER YOUR NAME OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Your Application Number is in the upper right hand of the Biometric Instruction Letter. Depending on the category of your application it could start with a E, F, G, S, V, or W.
You will not be allowed into the Embassy if you do not present your Ukrainian Passport (if you are a Ukrainian citizen but do not have a passport you may present your Internal Ukrainian Passport or your Ukrainian National ID Card). Do not book an appointment if you do not meet this requirement. Your Biometric Instruction Letter showing the file number you booked for the appointment and your Ukrainian passport will be used to admit you to the Embassy.
If you are a Ukrainian citizen currently in Poland but do not have your Ukrainian passport please bring two passport-sized photos with you to the appointment.
You must present yourself at the IMMIGRATION GATE of the Canadian Embassy at the time you have registered for.
