Ice Training
The Hong Kong Typhoons offers Ice Training on a private, semi-private or group basis.
NOTE : Once a booking is made, no re-scheduling is allowed (except with Doctor's Note for sick leave)!

Fitness Playground
Part of becoming a well rounded hockey player requires physical stamina, flexibility and strength. We believe that in addition to on ice skills, off ice training further complements ones abilities and skills. We have collaborated with our sponsor Fitness playground in Kowloon Bay to have a fitness training session for our TYPHOONS team members every game week. Location: Fitness Playground Unit 04A, Ground Floor, Proficient Industrial Center, 6 Wang Kwun Road, Kowloon Bay Hong Kong ***Entrance is behind the bus stop across the street from Maserati showroom*** Time: Game weekends, Sunday 9-10am Cost: $120 per session (Please register each session on our website) Capacity: Maximum of 20 athletes per session Requirements: Must be a 2018-19 Typhoons team member
