Once a failure in her PE classes during her school days, Yiying has found passion in exercise and martial arts, which grew so strong that she quit her research engineer job to start her own physical training business. Yiying possesses a wide range of skillset, from strength and conditioning, functional training, to corrective exercises. She has experience in multiple martial art systems such as San Da, Modern Street Combatives, Catch Wrestling and Muay Thai. She has been trained by the legendary Muay Thai Master Thohsaphol Sitiwatjana (a.k.a. Master Toddy) and was certified by MTIA (Muay Thai International Association, recognized by Thai Ministry of Education) as a Kru instructor. She is a lecturer at the International Sports Academy, where she has trained hundreds of personal trainers. Her training philosophy is to make exercise a lifestyle and simply enjoy moving the body by guiding people to find their inner motivation. She is passionate about using evidence-based practice to empower people of all age, sex, and ability to achieve a better self.

He has always aimed to help his students achieve their potential by empowering them with the right mindset and equipping them with the necessary tools. Melvin is a former Senior Outdoor Adventure Educator with the Ministry of Education and a former Manager with an after-school care centre based in a local Primary School.

Melvin firmly believes that every child deserves a quality education, regardless of their social economic status. Even with more than 7 years of teaching, coaching, and managerial experience, Melvin is still sharpening his craft and he enjoys sharing his best practices with other educators.

Tiong Lin used to be one of the busy corporate executives who skipped breakfast all the time, ate a lot of junk foods, did not exercise, and had a disrupted sleep schedule. After recovering from a fatal disease called Fournier Gangrene, realizing the importance of health, Tiong Lin made a commitment to completely change his lifestyle. He started training consistently and lost 15kg in half a year. He also started participating in competitive races, things that he could only admire of other people in the past. He has won 94 finisher medals over the last 3 years in China and Singapore. Amongst them, he has done 4 full marathons, 8 half marathons, 4 half Ironman, 7 OD triathlons, some trail runs, bike competitions and Spartan races (Sprint, Super and Beast). His body transformation and achievements have inspired and motivated people around him, and he is ready to help you transform as well. He specializes in strength and conditioning, HIIT/Tabata/circuit training, functional training, and aerobic training.

Since 2018, he has helped more than 50 families and has done trainings and workshops for over 5000 people in Singapore.

He is also an associate lecturer with HMI Institute of Health Sciences and the International Sports Academy.
