Relax & Revive Therapies is run by Elaine who is a Holistic Therapist. Elaine is currently a Level 2 Practitioner in Reiki. She is also undertaking ongoing training to build her skill set and the therapies she offers. Reiki is an alternative therapy based on energy healing. During a treatment energy transfers from the therapist to the client which can help improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Reiki is a very relaxing experience which can leave a person feeling grounded and calm.

My approach to nutritional therapy is holistic and individualised. The ultimate aim of a functional medicine nutrition approach is to identify the underlying root cause of an imbalance, rather than merely treating symptoms. I specialise in women's health. I am a fun and caring, fully qualified primary school teacher, with over nine years experience working in Scottish schools. I have enjoyed teaching across all stages, from nursery to primary 7.

My husband and I have made the exciting decision to live van life, exploring and living more in alignment with nature and ourselves. I would love to continue to support children on my travels, developing their life skills and a love for learning! I am a creative, friendly and open minded professional, eager to engage children in their learning journey.

I can support your child with their main stream school curriculum or a more broad holisitc approach, including a health and wellbeing focus. I am keen to include learners in the planning of their lessons and for students to understand their strengths and areas for progression/next steps.
