Join us for a refreshing and soul-nourishing yoga class at our local park in Burnham. This class is designed to be gentle yet empowering, perfect for all abilities—from beginners to experienced yogi's. What to Expect:- A gentle, flow-based practice that emphasises mindfulness, relaxation, and breathwork.- Poses and sequences that can be modified to suit every body type and skill level.- A supportive community atmosphere where everyone is welcome.Schedule:- Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm or Wednesday 9:30-10:30pm.- Classes are 1 hour long.Location:- Burnham Park (near the outdoor gym).Pricing Options:We believe in making yoga accessible to everyone. If it's not possible to do an outdoor class, we will transition to an online zoom session.
