i will be using psychology knowledge, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which aims to challenge your thought patterns and cycles of behaviours that do keep us trapped within our life.

These sessions are preferable in blocks of 3,4,5 6 or 8 and can be paid per session. They do not have to be weekly they can be two weekly.

My readings to not predict the future in any aspect because with my psychology knowledge i know the power of bringing to the surface what's holding you back so you can reconise it and  bring it to the surface to make changes so you can have a  more fulfilled life in general or in certain areas that you are feeling most stuck in.

This sessions are approx an hour long i will work with you to help you see your life in a new light or even to confirm the knowledge you already have about things within your life.
