Designed for
people with mobility issues, who are a little older, who are just beginning or
who require more assistance. This
strength training uses weight machines and free weights to help you master
compound movements like the Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, and Carry
movements. Each client is given their own program based on their own
goals and will be coached on these movements, with variations offered to tailor
for individual body types, mobility issues, or injuries. This training will get you strong, lean and
defined.
