Book”Each brand may select up
to 1 date per store per month on a first come first serve basis. Any
requests made after the booking window will not be entertained. No exception on per store training timeslot as it will be held together with store briefings Email confirmation will be sent for successful training booking Final decision will be based on the booking status under your account. We suggest vendors to check the status 1 week prior to training For any vendor cancellation, please email to notify BMO danna.li@dfs.com and the respective store SM at least 5
working days in advance. No make-up session will be available. Any cancellations
without prior notice will be penalized on GS booking for the following
quarter. Cancellation may take place even trainings have been confirmed, it is when there are Overbooked session Bookings without contact person, phone number and email includedShould you need
