The consultancy is to helping you with your application details. It takes  hour answering all your questions and help you to fill out your form and gather all documents necessary for your application. 

Services include airport transfers and all other one-way pick-up/ drop-off more than 10 miles/ 20 minutes from client location.Cancellations:Ball Luxe understand that cancellations can be unavoidable, however; Any point-to-point trip can be cancelled, without a charge, if done 24 hours or more prior to the pick-up time. 24 hours, up to 1 hour prior to pick-up, client will be charged the full deposit amount. No Shows:If you do not show or cancel within 1 hour to the driver's arrival, you will be charged full price of the booking.

Services include a minimum of three (3) hours charged, as directed, with multiple stops and wait time. The vehicle will stay with the client or at an available parking location for the entire trip. Excess time will be billed in 30 minute increments.Cancellations:Ball Luxe understand that cancellations can be unavoidable, however; Any hourly trip can be cancelled, without a charge, if done 24 hours or more prior to the pick-up time. 24 hours, up to 4 hours prior to pick-up, client will be charged the full deposit amount. 4 hours up to 1 hour prior to pick-up, the client will be charged one (1) full hour.No Shows:If you do not show or cancel within 1 hour to the driver's arrival, you will be charged full price of the booking.

Economy services include drop-offs or pick-ups within a set mile and time range. Location must be within a 10 mile, 20 minute range of the pick-up/ drop-off location. (Airport drop-off/ pick-up not included) This service does not include wait time and is only a one-way service.
