This is an indoor climbing session at Rock and River of up to 2 hours. Maximum 12 participants, all ages welcome. Sessions can be to provide an experience of climbing or as part of a progression towards badges & skill improvement. Sessions cost £36 per hour. Sectional Leaders are required to attend, as they are responsible for the behaviour of participants.

This is to take your group to another venue. The booking will provide all climbing equipment and an instructor. Maximum numbers will depend on the terms and conditions of the venue being used.

This provides your group with a 'real rock' climbing experience at one of the nearby venues. Members will get to climb authentic graded routes, and depending on the group size may be able to experience a range of routes with varying difficulty. This is weather dependent, and sessions may need to be abandoned or rescheduled if the weather is inclement. Groups are responsible for providing transport for their members to the venue - but full details will be provided prior to the session.

This happens because of the need to pass academic subjects and to comply with what parents and teachers expect.Creative recovery is a process of coming back to the self. These coaching sessions include drawing or painting, mandalas (circle art and colours), and journalling. You can have individual sessions or join a group. 

This is a coaching service that focuses on trauma recovery. The approach is holistic and addresses the nervous system both physically and mentally. Non-medical management of chronic pain and fatigue: learn about the neurology of pain. Soften your pain experience to improve the quality of your life. This is a multi-faceted treatment approach that does not replace medical treatment or psychotherapy.  This service is not covered by medical aids.
