As humans, we need to be creative to be happy and healthy. Dr Bessel van der Kolk has noted the direct link between surviving a traumatic ordeal and shutting down one's ability to play or to be imaginative. Full recovery from trauma means we need to reconnect with these important aspects of ourselves In addition, by the time many people leave high school, they are estranged from their creativity. This happens because of the need to pass academic subjects and to comply with what parents and teachers expect.Creative recovery is a process of coming back to the self. These coaching sessions include drawing or painting, mandalas (circle art and colours), and journalling. You can have individual sessions or join a group. 

This is a coaching service that focuses on trauma recovery. The approach is holistic and addresses the nervous system both physically and mentally. Non-medical management of chronic pain and fatigue: learn about the neurology of pain. Soften your pain experience to improve the quality of your life. This is a multi-faceted treatment approach that does not replace medical treatment or psychotherapy.  This service is not covered by medical aids.

     Kókkini Porta Rossa is the first building you see when you enter the Old Town from the Gate of St. John.Locals call this gate the “Red Gate”, in memory of those who lost their lives defending it.   A knight’s residence, with a small church dedicated to Saint John, and the Gate's armory stood where the hotel currently stands.
