Our hair stations are ideal for all cutting and colouring services. The stations include a chair, back wash, use of a trolly, gowns and disposable towels. Use of styling tools, storage for colour etc. Our daily rate includes all refreshments for yourself & clients. Full week rates available at £250 per week.

The Ultimate Training Package is available to bookthis  Can be used for training hire, event hire, conferences or photoshoots. It includes:Conference and meeting hire for up to 10 people, 2 rooms included, private kitchen and bathroom.Fully stocked fridge and unlimited hot refreshments and light snacks.Smart TV, white board and superfast WiFi.Catering can also be provided for 10 people at £10 per person. Can cater to dietary requirements with a minimum of 5 days notice. Fitness Training For Clients that focus on Flexibility, Mobility, and Strength. 

One Hour Therapy Session that includes Full Body Assessment, Muscle Testing, and Manual Therapy. 

One Hour Passive Stretching Therapy where the patient/customer gets assessed and stretched by our Stretching Therapist to restore proper joint range of motion. 

Preventative Measure Service: Brake and gear tune up, clean discs/rims. Safety check saddle, handlebars, and pedals. Headset and bottom bracket checked and adjusted. Check rims, hubs, and tyre pressures. Lube chain. Note that we will replace contaminated pads at an extra cost. PLEASE NOTE: - 1 bike per booking, if you plan on bringing more than 1 bike please book them separately. - by booking a service you are booking a drop-off time and we can't guarantee that your bike will be ready the same day.

Revitalise Bike Performance Service: In addition to the Level 1 Service, replace chain and brake pads, replace gear and brake inner cables where appropriate*, check and adjust wheel axles and true the wheels (where possible). Check and adjust headset. PLEASE NOTE: - 1 bike per booking, if you plan on bringing more than 1 bike please book them separately. - All parts will be charged as extra - by booking a service you are booking a drop-off time and we can't guarantee that your bike will be ready the same day. *Hydraulic brakes: Top Bleed £10, Full bleed £21 - we will replace contaminated pads at an extra cost.

Comprehensive Service: In addition to our Level 2 Service, the drive train is disassembled and cleaned. As required: brakes* and gears are fully re-cabled (inner and outer). Headset and bottom bracket are disassembled and overhauled/replaced where appropriate. Brake pivots are lubricated. Jockey wheels are re-greased/replaced.
