This is your initial appointment where you will meet your wedding co-ordinator and see where you can celebrate the big day! This is when you can let us know what you’re looking for the big day. You will be taken on a tour of the potential rooms for the ceremony and reception and of course you’ll see all of our iconic locations such as our award-winning gardens and our ballroom! Then you will be able to sit down with your co-ordinator and finally make your dreams a reality.

Anytime between your first show around and a few months before the wedding we encourage you to have a follow up appointment to show your family and friends the vision you have for your day. Again, our co-ordinators will sit down and answer any possible questions, you or your loved ones may have.

This will be your final meeting with co-ordinators before the big day and it’s where everything is going to be finalised. You will discuss timings, dining, drinks, décor, extras and much more! The next time we will see you will be the big day!

Our one hour dog walk includes; Pick up and drop off of your dog, and a long walk on the Rails to Trails for your furry friend. Treats will be given out for good behavior, though, if your furry friend has any allergies or reactions to certain treats please let us know and we can tell you the type of treats that are given out.
