The $2.4 billion Parramatta Light Rail will connect Westmead to Carlingford via the Parramatta CBD and Camellia, transporting around 28,000 people every day to key destinations, new communities and essential services. It is expected to open in 2023.
Transport for NSW has engaged CPB Contractors and Downer EDI Joint Venture to carry out this work on its behalf.
Prior to the start of major construction, pre-construction property surveys were offered to properties along the light rail alignment. For all properties which accepted this offer and construction is now complete in their area, a post-construction survey is now being offered.A post-construction property condition survey is an inspection of a building or other structure to assess its general condition and document any existing defects.
