At the meditation practice, I will lead in pranayama breathing exercises, mantra chanting while I play harmonium, and silent transcendental meditation. Satsang- “Sat” means truth “sang” means together. Satsang is a gathering where meditation, kirtan and other yoga practices may take place. Nada yoga is the yoga of sound vibrations. A kirtan is the practice of chanting divine names with love and devotion. This form of yoga is one of the most effective ways of raising kundalini. Sessions are provided via ZOOM platform Sessions run 50 minutes from start to finish.  These sessions are good to add when unexpected projects or assignments are giving your student added difficulty in planning, organizing, initiating the task or with task completion.These sessions are also great to boost Executive Function Skills and allow the clinician to provide strategies and instruction in an individualized curriculum designed specifically for your child or teen.  Also, those who would like to boost their child's skills through the various stages of our program, utilize additional sessions in the week to provide a more "intense" therapeutic plan to help close the gaps of learning and rewire the brain using the child's strengths to help them find greater success in areas that they usually struggle.    Please reach out via phone or e-mail, if you have any questions about booking sessions.
