Christine guides you through centering and balancing and then moves straight to the Reiki itself. Vinyasa flow moves from one pose to the next linking mindful movement with the breath.Classes feature sun salutations, standing poses, forward extensions, back bends, balancing poses, inversions, seated poses, stretching and of course savasana.Weekday classes are 60 minutes and classes on Saturday and Sunday are 75 minutes.Class size is limited to 6 participants.
