Small Group Training allows me to build a connection with each individual while giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment. These workouts consistently change and evolves as the group progresses. This allows me to build an inclusive fitness community where every individual feels valued, supported, and inspired.

Personal Training Sessions allow you to enjoy a one-on-one experience with your personal trainer.  I will be attentive and evaluate all clients needs and fitness goals, then design a program  to test your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, movement patterns, balance, and coordination. My goal is to empower all clients by helping them achieve their personal fitness goals and enhance their self-confidence.

Whether you’re training for an event or just to get in shape, working out with a buddy can help to keep you motivated and add that extra incentive to work hard and push each other. With this option, you get the best of both worlds, a fun and  challenging way to accomplish your fitness goals. It is my mission to educate clients on fitness principles and practices, fostering informed and autonomous individuals.

I clean the inside of the vehicle, all including vacuuming, surface wipe downs, disinfecting, and giving the interior of your car look as good as the day you got it off the lot. (Normal price is around $40)

Like the interior, I give your car a new way to shine, making sure I fully wash every part of your vehicle with soap in water(NOT including engine bay OR underneath the car). Then giving your car a polish really make that car shine!  (Polishing costs extra) (any other requests may cost extra)
