If your system feels constantly on, even when you try to rest, if life feels fast, heavy, repetitive or like it’s happening without you really being here, this space is for that.PulseCheck is a neurosomatic group experience that works directly with the nervous system, brain, and body to restore access to yourself. Not through effort, analysis, or talking things through, but by creating the conditions where your system can finally slow down enough to register what it’s been carrying. Most people aren’t broken or blocked. They’re overloaded, braced, and running on old signals that never get a chance to settle. PulseCheck interrupts that pattern. Sound, rhythm, sensory input, and guided nervous system pacing allow the mind to soften and the body to begin digesting life instead of holding it all in.Nothing is forced. Nothing is pushed. Your system sets the pace. Some sessions are quiet and settling. Others are more expressive. What arises is guided by your own capacity, not by expectation or instruction. This work isn’t dramatic or performative. It’s subtle, intelligent, and deeply practical. Over time, people notice less internal pressure, less reactivity, and less looping. Rest begins to actually restore you. Decisions feel clearer. You feel more here. This isn’t a spiritual practice and it isn’t self-improvement. You’re not here to become someone else or achieve a state. You’re here to come back into contact with the life you’re already living, while you still have time to feel it.

If you carry constant internal pressure, tension, or restlessness, even when things are “fine”, this space is for that. Many men live in a state of quiet bracing, managing life from the head while the body absorbs the load. PulseCheck for Men meets that reality directly. This is a neurosomatic experience that works beneath words. It supports the nervous system and brain to come out of chronic overdrive, allowing the body to release what it has been holding without being analysed or put on display. Sound, rhythm, and nervous system pacing create the conditions for unwinding to happen naturally. There is nothing to explain, no insight to reach, and no emotional performance required. You are not being asked to open up, talk about feelings, or fix anything. The work happens because the system is finally given space to reorganise itself.Over time, men often notice less internal pressure, clearer thinking, better sleep, and more capacity to deal with life without snapping, numbing, or running on autopilot. Strength becomes quieter. Presence becomes steadier. Life feels more manageable without needing to push through it.It’s practical, grounded, and real. You show up. Your body does the work.

If  you feel emotionally loaded, overstimulated, numb, or like you are constantly holding everything together, this space is for that. Many women live in a state of vigilance, carrying far more than they realise while staying outwardly capable and functional.PulseCheck for Women is a neurosomatic experience that supports the nervous system, brain, and body to slow down and reorganise in a way that honours hormonal rhythms, emotional capacity, and lived reality. The work happens beneath story and analysis, using sound, pacing, and sensory input to restore internal trust without labelling or pathologising your experience. You are not here to improve yourself or work out what’s wrong. You are here to let your system soften enough to feel again. To come out of constant self-monitoring and back into your own timing.Over time, trust returns. Sensation returns. Choice returns. Life stops feeling like something you have to manage and starts feeling like something you can actually be inside of.Nothing is forced. Nothing is demanded.Your system sets the pace.
