We have designed specific programmes for osteopenia and osteoporosis and each individual will be assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist to evaluate their needs.The clinic has designed a bespoke circuit programme which incorporates all the latest research on Progressive resistance training (PRT), High Intensity Training (HIT), Functional rehabilitation, Cognitive rehabilitation, Plyometrics, Balance and co-ordination exercises.The aim of the Physio strength training class is to increase muscle mass, increase bone density and train movement patterns and function. We have incorporated a diverse range of exercises which will really challenge the high level athlete, the new recruit to exercise or the person that wants an introduction to safe weight training. The classes aim to challenge your cardiovascular and muscle system – all of which will help in preventing pain and improving performance.The ethos of our classes is that “Exercise is Medicine” and “If you want to get stronger, lift heavy things!". International research shows that there are huge benefits with this type of training and that it takes approximately 16 weeks to strengthen your muscle system. 

We have designed a golf fitness class to prepare you for the course. The class has been designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance and the key component of the golf swing, speed. Our physio, Eoghan, is certified by Titleist Performance Institute for the preparation of golf athletes. The class is flexible and can be tailored to you. So, whether you’re chasing 300 yard drives or trying to prepare your body for the demands of golf as a newcomer to the game, this class is for you.The class is circuit based and everyone will work hard for an hour per week to improve their game and their health.

Eoghan will lead this class in a blend of strength, stability, balance and mobility training. Designed to help improve your movement capacity.The class is flexible and can be tailored to you with everyone working to their own pace. This class can also be a nice step down from one to one physio sessions.Participants will work to improve their mobility and their health.An assessment will take place for new participants with Eoghan to screen your movement and ensure the class can be tailored to your needs.
