What: You'll engage in precise, controlled movements targeting various muscle groups using adjustable resistance from springs. The class includes a warm-up, a series of exercises on the reformer, and a cool-down with stretches. It's a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and posture. There are also other props used such as a Pilates ring, ball, yoga blocks and more. This is a small group class of up to 4 people so I can pay close attention to you to ensure proper form and make the most out of your experience.
