Five Points Healing applies the NADA protocol which involves gently inserting up to five small needles into energetic points of each outer ear. The five points stimulate the vagus nerve, supporting the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and restoring balance and harmony. NADA has been shown to reduce stress, aid sleep, and support wellbeing. The treatment will take place in a calming, welcoming and inclusive space, within a group setting. The needles will be left in for 40 minutes with tranquil music played to aid relaxation. The treatment will be led by certified NADA practitioner Jason Hussein and qualified acupuncturist Stacey McGeorge.
