鑑於近日新冠肺炎案例大增，為了保障大家安全，現為曾就診的舊客人提供視像診症服務。視像診症系統：WhatsApp video call / Zoom服務流程：1. 客人預約視像診症時間（致電 / WhatsApp / 網上預約系統） 。2.  姑娘會於診症前10-15分鐘致電及WhatsApp提醒客人。（如需使用zoom，姑娘會傳送連結）** 為了達至最佳診症效果，請確保地點的網絡穩定、環境安靜、光線充足。3. 醫師致電客人進行診症 （約10分鐘）4.   藥物可順豐 或 自取（如非辦公時間會掛於門外自取）5.付款方式可 Payme ，轉數快 ，銀行轉賬 或 前來付款，並把收據以 WhatsApp 傳送至診所。

中醫師根據望、聞、問、切，四診去全面系統的了解病情。四診是中醫診察疾病的基本方法，也就是望診、聞診、問診、切診。四診各具特色：望診，觀察病人的症狀表現；聞診，辨別病人的氣息語調；問診，通過詢問溝通，掌握病人的病情病史；切診，透過觸按診脈，檢查病人的身體狀況。通過四診，診察疾病顯現在各方面的症狀和體徵，了解疾病的病因、性質以及與體內臟腑的聯繫，為中醫辨證提供依據。臨床上，需要四診合參，望、聞、問、切結合運用，互相參證、聯繫補充，才能夠全面地了解病情。透過望聞問切、辨證論治、然後配伍適當的中藥藥粉或煲藥，調整身體狀況，治療各種疾病。價錢：1. 藥粉$300/診金連3日藥，額外配藥$80/劑（本診所使用農本方及海天沖劑，均為香港製造，通過中醫葯委員會檢驗） 2. 煲藥$400/內科診金連3天煲葯， 額外配葯$100/劑（煲好的藥真空包裝送至府上或附近順豐站）
