These art classes are lead by a different teachers, all the teachers either have a Masters Degree in Fine Arts or are pursuing a Master Degree in Fine Art.   

All the teachers are certified yoga instructors and hold certifications in yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga

ONLINE HATHA YOGA CLASS  – Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body. Patanjali describes Hatha yoga as an eightfold path, consisting of eight mind-body disciplines to be mastered. All other physical practices of yoga such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar stemmed from the Hatha yoga tradition. This class will involve a sequence of Asana (postures) and focus primarily on Vinyasa (moving with the breath) through the various postures.

Yin Yoga (Online) – Yin Yoga is the calming counterpart to the ‘yang’ of the Vinyasa Yoga practice. Yin Yoga offers the chance to be still, be present, and work within while you breathe and stretch deeply and create more space within in mind and body.

ONLINE PILATES - ALL LEVELS Pilates is a mat based low-impact exercise that focuses on muscular strength and endurance, core strengthening, postural alignment with a strong emphasise on core connection breathing, a key part of Pilates being movement with intention.
