DU KANNST NICHT GENUG BEKOMMEN? Du kannst einfach nicht genug vom fliteboarden bekommen? Dann ist dies DEIN Kurs! Wenn du bereits einen Kurs bei uns besucht hast und süchtig geworden bist. Mehr, als einfach nur foilen möchtest - Carven, Sprünge, kleinere Boards - alles ist möglich! Aber auch wenn du bereits ein eigenes Board besitzt und verschiedene Wingkombinationen testen möchtest oder du auf der Suche nach einem eFoil bist und eine Beratung brauchst, bist du genau hier richtig!

Swedish Massage Full Body ~ 60 minutesFull body remedial massage, using oil, aimed at problem areas discussed during consultation, aimed to help relax and rejuvenate tired muscles, with rhythmic movements ~ it can help blood flow to targeted areas, relieving stress and tension. Set in a warm room with heated blanket.

Sports Massage ~ 60 minutesA full body, deep tissue massage, concentrating on problem areas discussed during consultation, followed by pinning and stretching of the muscles, trying to help ease old injuries and help build muscle strength. Allow for 15 minute consultation. (This does not affect massage time.)

Cacao Facial Massage ~ 30 minutesDeep, double cleanse. Cacao mask ~ with it's antioxidant healing properties aids in skin cell renewal, vitamin C which reduces hyperpigmentation & lightens blemishes. The theobromine in cacao powder can increase your blood flow to the surface, encouraging brighter skin. Moisturiser & massage to end.
