Our live, interactive, community classes are taught daily by a range of experienced yoga teachers from India. Our classes take place Monday through Friday at 12:30 CET with new classes added based on demand. Because our teachers offer individual feedback, modifications, and guidance these classes are a great fit for all experience levels, from total beginners to advanced practitioners. See you on the mat.
