Next Act Coaching is a personal coaching service for members of the Australian Music Industry. It's headed up by accredited coach Viv Fantin,  an accredited personal coach, music industry professional for 25 plus years.  She is a recovering perfectionist who specialises in helping people in the music world set boundaries and manage self-doubt, self-care, perfectionism, procrastination, time management and impostor syndrome. She also helps people cultivate resilience, to uncover their strengths, skills and values and set realistic goals.

You can write the best songs in the world or have recorded a masterpiece but are you selling yourself short if you can’t communicate the message behind the music to your audience? If communicating your message clearly is not your strength, comms coaching can help you along. My comms coaching service is based on more than 25 years of experience working with media and music artists from around the world (plus putting my Communications Degree to good use!) . It’s geared towards artists and spokespeople who are interested in developing their real voice and style when giving media interviews.  The focus of Next Act comms coaching is on keeping it real (in other words, authenticity) as a basis for effective communication. The end result of comms coaching should be an artist or spokesperson who is able to deliver positive, interesting and engaging interviews across all mediums.
