La prima visita consiste nell'anamnesi personale: analizziamo quindi la storia del peso corporeo, la presenza o meno di patologie e l'assunzione di farmaci, la storia clinica familiare, possibili allergie ed intolleranze.In seguito eseguiamo l'anamnesi alimentare dunque verrà richiesta una "giornata tipo" per capire le tue abitudini alimentari e i tuoi gusti personali in modo da creare una linea guida adatta alle tue esigenze, gusti e stile di vita. Analizzeremo poi la composizione corporea tramite bilancia impedenziometrica, ottenendo così informazioni quali: % di massa grassa, massa muscolare, acqua corporea, metabolismo basale, diametri corporei, % di grasso viscerale.Durante la visita spiegherò tutto.Dopo 5 giorni lavorativi ti verrà inviata la tua "tavolozza alimentare" sulla base di quanto trattato durante la visita.

Durante la visita di controllo analizzeremo nuovamente la composizione corporea per confrontarla con l'analisi precedente.Ascolterò tutti i tuoi feedback e le tue richieste, verificando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti di volta in volta durante il percorso di rieducazione alimentare sul benessere psico-fisico complessivo, stabilendo nuovi obiettivi e strategie adeguando la tavolozza alimentare ogni volta che è necessario.Ti darò sostegno e motivazione nei momento di difficoltà che si potranno presentare.Le visite di proseguimento hanno generalmente cadenza mensile.

La misurazione del peso corporeo va effettuata al mattino in intimo, dopo la minzione e prima di fare colazione.Circonferenze corporee: durante la visita a distanza ti guido nella misurazione delle circonferenze corporee, indicatori del tipo morfologico, della distribuzione del tessuto adiposo e del rischio di complicanze metaboliche e cardiovascolari. Per queste misurazioni avrai bisogno di un metro flessibile (metro da sarta).In seguito eseguiremo l'anamnesi alimentare dunque verrà richiesta una "giornata tipo" per capire le tue abitudini alimentari e i tuoi gusti personali.Dopo 5 giorni lavorativi ti verrà inviata la tua "tavolozza alimentare" sulla base delle tue esigenze personali.La consulenza online avverrà tramite collegamento webcam.

Each class is based on a different national event or special day, such as Emergency Services Day and Talk like a Pirate Day, to name but a few!Our high energy and fast paced classes are designed for children aged 2-4 years old.During our 45 minute classes, your little stars will:-learn to express themselves clearly-develop strong social skills-build self-confidence-develop teamwork and cooperation skills-flourish in their performance skills-develop their speech and language
