Фитбокс — это направление в фитнесе, сочетающее аэробные элементы и упражнения из бокса. Техника ударов на таких занятиях отрабатывается на специальной груше, которая легче боксерской, и под энергичную танцевальную музыку. Тренировки по фитбоксу проходят интенсивнее, чем обычная аэробика, и помогают быстрее подтянуть фигуру, укрепить сердечную и другие мышцы, а также заряжают энергией за счет выработки эндорфинов.

На индивидуальных занятиях боксом все внимание тренера сосредоточено только на одном ученике. Тренер контролирует все аспекты подготовки и сразу корректирует недочеты, поэтому продуктивность и эффективность каждой тренировки возрастает многократно.

Круговая тренировка — это метод, при котором вы выполняете несколько упражнений (обычно от 5 до 10), с минимальным отдыхом между ними – не более 30 секунд. Комплекс упражнений повторяется несколько раз по кругу, в зависимости от вашей подготовки. Обычно это 3-6 кругов. Новичкам рекомендуется начинать с трех. Суть в том, что каждое упражнение направлено на разную мышцу или группу мышц. Переходя к следующему упражнению в круге – вы даете отдохнуть предыдущей мышце, и не перегружая ее, продолжаете активно работать над следующей. В результате у вас выстраивается тренировочный процесс, который воздействует на мышечную силу и выносливость а также на опорно-двигательную систему.

Trauma-Informed Movement:Movement from Yoga-Based principles and Dance that feels safe, intuitive and connected to your body's story.2. Gentle Touch Therapy (In-Person): Gentle touching that allows for your nervous system to be co-regulated with the nervous system of your therapist. This helps your body move into safety especially if it has not been able to access safety easily.3. Family Constellation TherapyWith this approach, we will be processing the emotional ties, cords and bonds with people in your family tree that are impacting how your life is being lived out and are impacting the ease of your nervous system. This approach helps you disentangle from the fate and feelings of family members and possible unprocessed trauma within your family lineage.
