3:1 Semi-Private Pilates Session is a small-group class that utilizes various Pilates equipment such as the Tower Reformer, Chair, and Barrel, allowing for a more diverse workout experience. Exercising in a group setting naturally boosts motivation and creates an energetic and dynamic atmosphere.However, since this session involves the use of all equipment, it may be challenging if you are not familiar with them. We highly recommend trying the Intro Package first to gain experience with the equipment.
