This 8-week program is designed to enhance the strength, power, speed,endurance, and injury resistance of young footballers. The programincorporates a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and sport-specific drills to help athletes develop the physical qualities necessary forhigh-level performance on the football pitch.
