Offense: Hit Mechanics, Slappers, Bunt Mechanics is a targeted softball training program that builds elite bat control and short-game proficiency. We refine swing path, timing, and contact point; teach lefty slapping footwork, reads, and placement; and master bunt mechanics (sacrifice, drag, push) for situational execution. Athletes receive video analysis, drill progressions, and measurable goals to raise contact rate, on-base percentage, and pressure on defenses—turning speed and precision into consistent run production.

Defense: BASIC FIELD/THROW MECHANCS, FOCUSED FIELD POSTIONS builds rock‑solid defensive fundamentals. Our coaches refine glove work, footwork, body alignment, and throwing mechanics for faster transfers and pinpoint accuracy. Position-specific sessions (infield, outfield, catcher) target angles, hops, routes, tags, and relay execution. Progressive drills, high-rep stations, and optional video feedback accelerate learning while reducing errors. Athletes leave with repeatable mechanics, smarter reads, and confident decision‑making that translates immediately to game‑ready defense.

Beginner to advanced Pitcher and catcher lessons. Pitchers must provide their own catcher parents or players welcome pricing depends upon skill level.
